SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation is hosting a cooking class this month.
"Fish Cooking 101: Other Methods" is a program for those who want to prepare their catch by smoking or pickling. Instructor Tim Smith told KXCV/KRNW that the program will also focus on how to store fish.
